Iran's deputy foreign minister, Majid Takht-Ravanchi, tells the BBC’s Lyse Doucet in Tehran that Iran is ready to discuss compromises. Meanwhile, President Trump has sent a second aircraft carrier to the Middle East to increase pressure on Tehran.
