UN alarmed by Cuba's crisis

Cuba struggles with oil shortages due to a US blockade of deliveries.

The UN human rights chief says he is extremely concerned by the worsening situation in Cuba caused by oil shortages.The US has threatened countries with tariffs if they sell oil to the communist-run island.
