US and Israel step up attacks on Iranian cities

New pictures show destruction in Tehran after six days of strikes.

Israel and the United States have intensified their attacks on Iran. In Israel, the military has reported new attacks from Iran, and the UAE says it intercepted six Iranian missiles and 131 drones today. Explosions have also been reported in Qatar and Bahrain. Our correspondents in Israel and Qatar give us the latest.

We also hear from people inside Iran, and we speak to people in the Gulf states about how the war is affecting their daily lives.

Our media specialists from BBC Monitoring explain how the events are being reported by media in Israel and Iran.

Conservative Anglicans meeting in Nigeria’s capital Abuja have pulled back from creating a new leader with the same authority as the Archbishop of Canterbury. But in a challenge to the church in Canterbury they have created a new council which they say will lead the Anglican Communion. Many conservatives are unhappy with the church installing its first woman Archbishop of Canterbury. We hear from Anglican women in Africa.
