Israel-Lebanon talks

President Trump has suggested that the leaders of Israel and Lebanon will speak to each other today for the first time in more than thirty years. In a social media post, Mr Trump said he was trying to get "a little breathing room" between the two countries, but gave no further details. It comes as Israel continues to press ahead in it's campaign against the Iran backed group Hezbollah. We speak to a former Israeli Prime Minister.

Meanwhile Pakistani mediators have arrived in Tehran, hoping to shore up a ceasefire between Iran and the US which is set to expire next week. We speak to our Chief International Correspondent in Iran.
