Beach Life

For some people the idea of spending the entire day on their back just lapping up the sun is as close to heaven as one gets. But not everyone can bear the monotony of sizzling in the sun just for the sake of a tan. The prospect of eight hours on a beach with nothing to do but fry is enough to drive some to drink and drugs (well that's their excuse). We spent a torrid day on the beach researching alternative ways for you to pass the time whilst topping up your tan. It was a tough assignment, but hey, someone one had to do it.

Be dragged around Mediterranean at 100mph on the back of a big orange banana
Cover yourself in sand and have a sleep by the see dreaming that you have just been washed up
Have all the pain from an eight hour work out on the floor at Amnesia eased away with a massage
Swim out to a luxury yacht, climb aboard and pretend you are Simon Le Bon for a day (or until you get thrown overboard)
Hire a not-so-luxury yacht and spend the day saying that you always hated Duran Duran
Put the little kid next to you to shame by creating a work of art in the sand
Be dragged around Mediterranean at 100mph on two pieces of wood
Have a game of volleyball...OK it's a crap game but it's easy to play
Tell your sunworshipping partner that you're just going to get a drink from the beach bar and spend the rest of the day reliving the Pacha moments from the previous night
Make up for being away from your sunworshipping partner for seven hours by whipping them at tennis
