Yesterday was 'Super Tuesday' in the US, when 24 states voted on who they will back for the Democratic and Republican nomination for presidency. It’s one of the key milestones in the race to the White House. But what roles do the spouses and families of the candidates play in the campaign? And why are the votes of Democrat-supporting black women proving such a crucial factor?
