International human rights lawyer on challenge to Burmese Junta

Professor Janet Benshoof is one of the world’s leading human rights lawyers. She’s advised legal teams and activists across the Middle East and was involved in setting up the Iraqi High Tribunal. Last month she began a campaign to have the Burmese military junta referred to the International Criminal Court for its systematic and ongoing abuses of the Burmese people. Jane talks to her about her work.
