Australian Bush Fires10 Feb 2009
Getting aid to the victims of the fires.

Nearly 200 people are now known to have been killed inthe bush fires raging across the Australian state of Victoria. The fires are said to be the worst in Australian history. Thousands of people are homeless, and a relief effort is now underway. Australian author and relief worker, Jacqueline Pascarl is in the affected area and is helping to co-ordinate the distribution of aid. She talks to Jane from Melbourne.
