Sperm StealingThursday 20 February 2003
Does a man have legal redress if a women uses him to father a child unknowingly? Jonathan believes his sperm was stolen by a lover who wanted to have his baby. It's now three years on and he is still required to pay child support.

Jenni explores the curious world of birth control fraud and asks whether our society is right in prioritising the genetic link between a father and his offspring. She is joined by Sally Sheldon, reader in Law at Keele University and Katie Grant, columnist for The Scotsman.
