Doreen Lawrence OBEMonday 14 April 2003
On the 22 April it will be ten years since Stephen Lawrence was murdered in South London in a racist attack.

Since then his mother, Doreen Lawrence, has been reluctantly transformed from mother to campaign leader. The failure to bring Stephen's killers to justice led to the Macpherson Report which famously branded the police 'institutionally racist'.
Mrs Lawrence joins Jenni to talk about the years of campaigning, the changes she has seen in herself and in society, and the charity established in Stephen's name.
