Margaret Hodge, Minister for Children discusses the Children at Risk Green Paper, published by the government yesterday. It's set to be the biggest reform of social work in Britain for 30 years.

Jenni is also joined by Rachael Hetherington, Former director of the Centre for Comparative Social Work Studies at Brunel University and author of DEMOS report, The Risk Factor, to discuss the proposals, and sweeping changes proposed for children's services.
