It was the French gourmet Curnonsky who said that "Sauces comprise the honour and glory of French cookery." That quote could certainly be applied to today's sauce ? SAUCE GRIBICHE.

Reporter Simon Parkes met chef Rosie Sykes to discuss this classic sauce is named after a French general, traditionally served with tete de veau or calf's head.
