Composer, sound artist and modular synthesist Loula Yorke picks an hour of music based around orbits and cycles. It's a A selection of music that conjures a sense of space, connecting us to the drum of the earth while keeping one eye on the movement of the stars. Loula is a composer for the modular synthesiser, who creates spaced-out analogue sound experiments from rising and falling voltages. She's based out in the rural flatlands of coastal East Anglia and her latest album Hydrology is a musical study of water in all its forms.
