Peggy Seeger in Concert

Stephen McCauley

Available for 20 days

In early 2025, legendary folk music innovator and icon Peggy Seeger announced that her next tour of the UK and Ireland would be her last. Since the mid-1950s, Peggy has been a pioneering voice in the folk movement and she has used her voice not just to write incredible songs and to perform all over the world but also to be outspoken in support of causes close to her heart on everything from ecological issues to feminism and social justice. Her final tour took place in May and June of 2025 and, just three days after her 90th birthday, the tour stopped off in Belfast where she played an unforgettable set at the Black Box, accompanied on stage by her two sons Callum and Neill.
