Stormont "attempting to wriggle out" of funding addiction centre

Foyle MP Colum Eastwood has accused Stormont's Department of Health of attempting to "wriggle out" of moving forward with funding for a new addiction treatment centre in Derry. A memorial to remember victims and survivors of historical and institutional child abuse is to be unveiled at Stormont.
