Rab Lennox, Jonnie Crawford and Willie Hill present BBC Radio Ulster’s weekly Ulster-Scots magazine show. This week, Rab looks ahead to Tradfest in Belfast – a festival of music and workshops which includes plenty of performances of real interest to the team. Jonnie finds out about 'From Ulster to America' – an animated, interactive series of videos highlighting just some of the people with links to this part of the world who’ve made an impact in the states. Did you know, for example, Rosa Parks has Ulster-Scots / Scots-Irish links? Meanwhile, we hear from singer-songwriter Scott Ashworth who has teamed up with pipers to create a very special charity single. As always, listeners are invited to contact the programme with a good Ulster-Scots yarn or event to talk about. The easiest way to do that is by email – helen.mark@bbc.co.uk
