30 minutes of back to back classical music to help you wind down at the end of a busy day. Today's sequence opens with a Pavane by Ravel and a beautiful setting of an Indian hymn by Holst. The rich baritone voice of Dmitri Hvorostovsky yearns for love in a song by Rachmaninov, echoed by an orchestral song by Ruth Gipps. The The Bill Evans quartet partners a lullaby with one of Eric Satie's Gymnopedies, and the mix ends with a sweeping arrangement of Willian Grant Still's tribute to the African harp. Producer: Helen Garrison
