Who's up for Ten To The Top?

Vernon Kay

Available for 25 days

Two listeners take on Vernon's mid-morning music quiz Ten To The Top. Plus, actress Holliday Grainger, star of The Capture, joins Vernon this week to choose her Tracks Of My Years and Vernon delves into the BBC archives for Vernon's Vault. Born in Didsbury in 1988, Holliday began acting at the age of just six after being scouted for a BBC TV series. She consistently acted whilst growing up, balancing studying at school and then university with her career. In 2011 she played Lucrezia Borgia in The Borgias alongside Jeremy Irons and in the following years starred in other TV dramas like Lady Chatterley's Lover and Above Suspicion, as well as films like The Riot Club, My Cousin Rachel and Tell It To The Bees. Since 2017 she has played Robin Ellacott in six series of Strike on the BBC - adaptations of the book series written by JK Rowling under the pseudonym Robert Galbraith. Since 2019 she has starred as Rachel Carey in The Capture - a conspiracy thriller based on the terrifying world of deepfake technology. The first series was met with critical acclaim and was the most requested new show on the iPlayer that year. It has recently returned for a third series which continues on Sunday nights at 9pm on BBC One and iPlayer. A BBC Audio production for BBC Radio 2.
