Afghan women's team 'get spit on & get stoned'

Afghanistan has had a women's team for only 8 years. They've never played in a major tournament and are ranked outside FIFA's top 100. Their American coach is Kelly Lindsey. She's never been to Afghanistan and, apart from training camps elsewhere, effectively coaches them by phone from the United States.
