In 1972, coal miners were striking, Are You Being Served opened for business and the last crewed space mission to the Moon returned to Earth. Spin forward to 2026 and Essex is helping NASA take a 'giant leap' back towards the Moon for the first time in more than 50 years. Sian Cleaver is a space engineer from Chelmsford and part of the team who've built the spacecraft for the Artemis programme, which is taking astronauts on this historic lunar adventure...
