Should Thetford Forest be renamed Brandon Forest?
Available for over a year
A Brandon businessman says its time to rebrand Thetford Forest as Brandon Forest. The largest lowland pine forest in Great Britain was created after World War One between the two towns – and straddles the Suffolk/Norfolk border. But Matt Arnold from the Bridge Hotel has suggested, somewhat cheekily, a change of name for the Site of Special Scientific Interest. So is he on to something? Paul Joslin takes a tongue-in-cheek look at the arguments for and against. (Photo credit: Laura Foster/BBC)
