Sheffield firm battles rising waste

A Sheffield wholesaler says vast piles of dumped waste next door have created rats, foul smells and fire fears, despite a long running restriction order on the Attercliffe site. The government has listed it among the UK’s worst waste dumps and directed the Environment Agency to clean it up.
