US-Russia nuclear agreement expires

Newsday

Available for 17 days

The last nuclear arms control agreement between the US and Russia has expired. We speak to Nina Kruscheva, the great grand daughter of a former Soviet leader. The fallout continues after the release of millions of documents related to the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. We hear from Gloria Allred, a prominent lawyer who represents many of Epstein's victims. She tells us the brave survivors of abuse have been betrayed by the government and justice department in the United States. And we continue our coverage of the death of the 26-year-old Nigerian musician, Ifunanya Nwangene. She tragically died over the weekend after being bitten by a snake at her home in Abuja. We hear from her father. Presenters: James Copnall and Anne Soy.
