Israel exchanges strikes with Iran

Meanwhile President Trump says talks to end war with Iran are happening now and Washington has handed over a 15 point plan to Iran. Iran says that it will allow "non-hostile vessels" through the Strait of Hormuz, relieving pressure on energy supplies. Philippines has declared a national energy emergency as global oil prices surge.
