Israel exchanges strikes with Iran

Israel and Iran are continuing to exchange strikes, while six people have been killed in southern Lebanon. Meanwhile President Trump says talks to end war with Iran are happening now and Washington has handed over a 15 point plan to Iran. Iran says that it will allow "non-hostile vessels" through the Strait of Hormuz, relieving pressure on energy supplies. Philippines has declared a national energy emergency as global oil prices surge. The Ghanaian president, John Dramani Mahama, has accused the Trump administration of "normalising the erasure of Black history". We speak to Ghana's foreign minister.
