Chesterfield sign Man City forward Dickson

Chesterfield have signed Manchester City forward Will Dickson on an 18-month contract.

The 21-year-old had been on a loan deal until the end of the campaign with the League Two side but they have cut that short to make the deal permanent.

Dickson, who featured seven times for City's Under-21s in the EFL Trophy, has scored once in 15 league games for the Spireites.

"He's had a good base coming through Manchester City. We feel he's got good scope in him to go even better," assistant Gary Roberts told the club website., external
