Catalans Dragons have awarded full-time contracts to St Esteve back-rower Ugo Perez and lock Thibaut Margalet.
Perez, 20, played for France A against Serbia last month and has signed a three-and-a-half year deal.
Margalet, 22, has been hampered by a series of injuries in the past two seasons, but has agreed a one-and-a-half-year contract.
"It's important for us as a club to produce homegrown players," said Dragons CEO Christophe Jouffret., external
"Both have a bright future ahead of them and I look forward to seeing them continue to develop."
