Gebrselassie to run in London 10k |  Gebrselassie will run in London's last sporting showcase before the vote | Ethiopian long distance star Haile Gebrselassie is set to take part in next month's British 10k London Run. The race takes on Sunday, 3 July - three days before the venue for the 2012 Olympics is decided in Singapore. Gebrselassie, 32, won the Great Manchester Run last month, smashing the UK all-comers 10k record on the way. Event director Michael O'Reilly said: "As Haile is the world's greatest known distance runner, we are really pleased he has decided to take part."
