England reach netball semi-finals |  Captain Murphy played a key role for England | England's netballers set up a clash with reigning champions Australia in the semi-finals after beating South Africa 67-35 in their last qualifier. Louisa Brownfield scored 47 points, helped by good centre court work by Jade Clarke, Karen Atkinson and captain Olivia Murphy. After a nervous start, England led 17-8 at the end of the first quarter, moving to 29-21 ahead at half-time. Nine unanswered points early in the third quarter won it for England.
