China's Zi Yan and Jie Zheng fought back to win the women's doubles title against Virginia Ruano Pascual and Paola Suarez on Centre Court. The fourth seeds took the opener but lost their way in the second as the Spanish-Argentine pairing of Pascual and Suarez battled hard.
But with the pressure on in the third, Zi and Jie recovered from a break down to earn a 6-3 3-6 6-2 triumph.
It was Zi and Jie's second Grand Slam of the year, after the Australian Open.
Zi and Jie took two hours and eight minutes to wrap up the win.
In the crucial third set, Suarez and Ruano Pascual broke to take a 1-0 lead and held a 40-0 lead in the second game.
But their opponents somehow found a way to break back to level the set and they were the dominant force from then on in.
Zi and Jie will share �205,280 between them for the win.
In the men's over-35s doubles, Australia's Todd Woodbridge and Mark Woodforde continued their long run of success with a 6-7 (5-7) 7-5 7-6 (7-4) TJ Middleton and David Wheaton.
