'No self-discipline'

"Anything that helps is good," said college examiner Coral Bryant, 66.

"That doesn't mean it's going to work. I think it will be a source of high amusement for the people that binge drink.

"We need to change attitudes toward drinking, but how do you create self-discipline in a world that doesn't seem to have much of it?"
