When dusk falls, the imagination takes wing, and BBC Radio 3’s Night Tracks provides a perfect accompaniment. As night closes around the BBC Symphony Orchestra’s day of Total Immersion in the music of mindfulness and wellbeing, we present a special live edition of the cult late night show: an adventurous, immersive soundtrack for nocturnal listening, performed live in the atmospheric setting of the Barbican and ranging from classical to contemporary music - plus everything in between.
