Teenage boys charged after 94-year-old woman attacked and robbed

Two 15-year-old boys have been charged after a 94-year-old woman was pushed to the ground and robbed in Falkirk.

The woman's handbag was stolen in the attack, which happened on Hope Street at the junction with Meeks Road at about 12:55 on Monday.

Officers issued a description of two suspects seen running away from the area at the time.

Police Scotland have thanked the public for information that led to the arrests.
