Woman, 80, in hospital after crashing into nursery

An 80-year-old woman has been taken to hospital after crashing into a nursery, police say.

Emergency services were called after reports that a car had crashed into a building in Woodlands Avenue in Rustington, West Sussex, at about 09:00 GMT on Saturday.

The driver of the car was taken to hospital with injuries, Sussex Police said.

A police investigation has been launched, and anyone with information or who witnessed the crash is urged to contact the force.
