Motorcyclist dies after collision with car

A motorcyclist, aged in his 30s, has died after a crash with a car.

Dorset Police said the man was riding on the B3092 in Milton-on-Stour, north of Gillingham, on Friday.

He died at the scene after the collision between his black Triumph motorbike and a silver Peugeot 308 at about 14:30 GMT. His family has been informed.

Anyone who saw what happened or has relevant dashcam footage is asked to contact police.

Sgt Richard Stroud said: "Our thoughts are with the family and loved ones of the motorcyclist who sadly died and we will be carrying out a thorough investigation to establish the full circumstances of this collision."
