Man charged over 'stabbing' on Sauchie footpath

A man has been charged in connection with an alleged stabbing on a footpath in Clackmannanshire.

A 63-year-old man was injured in the incident which happened at about 19:05 on 10 February in Holton Crescent, Sauchie.

He was taken to Forth Valley Royal Hospital for treatment.

Police said a 41-year-old man is expected to appear at Alloa Sheriff Court later.

Detectives issued a description of a suspect following the incident and had appealed to the public for information.
