Motorcyclist in his 40s dies after crash in town

A motorcyclist has died in hospital following a crash with a car on the edge of a market town.

It happened at the Holt Road junction of Greenway Lane in Fakenham, Norfolk on Sunday afternoon.

A grey Nissan Qashqai and a white Honda motorcycle collided at about 15:00 GMT, with the biker taken to hospital.

The man, aged in his 40s, died of his injuries yesterday and police have appealed for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to get in contact.
