Woman who disappeared from pub 'safe and well'

Louise Clarke has been found safe and well, West Mercia Police said.

A woman whose disappearance from outside a pub prompted a police appeal has been found "safe and well", officers confirmed.

Louise Clarke, 43, was previously last seen outside the Packhorse pub, Wythall, Worcestershire, shortly after 20:00 GMT on Saturday.

West Mercia Police said the missing woman, from Northfield, Birmingham, had been located and thanked everyone that shared its appeal.

Her disappearance had led to a community search, with concerned friends and family members knocking on doors and handing out leaflets in the area around Wythall.

The force had previously said the mother-of-eight had links to Wythall, Kings Norton and Redditch.

She said her was blond and shoulder length

She said she left the pub at 20:20 GMT.

"She was quite upset when she left, we've recently lost our granddad, which is her dad, so she'd left the pub upset."
