Cruddas row: David Cameron will not name No 10 guests

David Cameron has declined to reveal whom he has invited to dinner at No 10 - a request made in the wake of the donor row - saying it is "private".

But the prime minister promised a "proper inquiry" into donations after the resignation of Tory co-treasurer Peter Cruddas.

Mr Cruddas has quit after Sunday Times reporters filmed him saying donations to the Conservative Party could ensure access to Mr Cameron.

The BBC's Andrew Fagg reports.
