Michael Brown shooting: Ferguson 'on edge' says governor

The governor of Missouri has said that some residents of Ferguson are "on edge" as they await the grand jury's decision on whether to charge a Missouri police officer over the death of unarmed black teenager Michael Brown.

Jay Nixon called for "peace, respect and restraint" from all sides when the decision is made public.
