Unicycle hockey club gears up for World Championships
Two Welsh teams will take part in the Unicycle Hockey World Championships for the first time this year.
Cardiff Unicycle Hockey Club has been running for about 17 years and has previously tasted success winning silver at the European Championships in 2017.
This time they have a bigger squad, which has allowed them to put forward five teams - two competing for Wales and three for Great Britain - for the biennial event to be held in Steyr, Austria, this summer.
Team member Ben Tullis described the club as a "powerhouse" in the UK unicycle hockey scene and says the key to becoming a good player is "dedication and practice".
