Out in Paris, ParalympicsGB are preparing for another day of intense competition.
One of those para-athletes is Bly Twomey - who plays doubles para table tennis.
During her final training session before Paris, Bly sat down with Nina to talk about what she wanted to achieve during this year's Games.
