| | My name’s ‘endrix Dead Boy. First name’s ‘endrix - Mr Dead Boy.
Unfortunately IÂ’m stuck with the name now. I had it changed by deed pole in 1980. It was just to do with the music businessÂ… unusual name.
Unfortunately I'm stuck with the name now. I had it changed by deed pole in 1980. | | Hendrix Dead Boy, window cleaner / punk-metal singer | I’m a front man, sir, a vocalist. My band is called Sic Boy Federation. Distasteful. Latin. It’s mainly punk and a cross with metal. Sort of ‘ardcore-ish punk. Aggressive. Shocking.
IÂ’ve been doing it since 1977. WeÂ’re well known, put it that way, throughout the world, yes. Played all over Europe and not-what. Got 5 albums out. WeÂ’ve got a new CD weÂ’re working on at the moment - 19 tracks - Sicboy 2022.
Basically we clean various public houses, throughout Nottingham, windows, maintenance, painting and decorating, cellar clearance, warehouse clearance, house clearance, general maintenance to public houses, night clubs.

We recycle aluminium cans, and obviously we put so much money towards charity. That gives us a good name, gets us in the paper. It was Children in Need we did one for last year.
We do the festivals, various big shows, bike showsÂ… itÂ’s all recycled - obviously aluminium - mainly Red Stripe, Budweiser cans. Not the Steel ones because theyÂ’re not worth any money.
The tram system - itÂ’s going to cause some problems. When it comes itÂ’ll cause us some problems with parking.
IÂ’ve lived in Nottingham all my life, mad man. Whatever you want itÂ’s within a mile radius. IÂ’ve not seen Robin Hood yet. | | | |
