• South West Coast Path

  The South West Coast Path is one of the world's best loved walks.

  At 630 miles in length, it is also England's longest national walking trail.

  Presenter and adventurer Paul Rose finds out about the path's history, wildlife, and traditions in this five part series.

  Paul also visits some of the 'hidden places' along its route.

  On his way, he discovers adventures around every corner of the peninsular, and tries his hand at outdoor activities from hang gliding and sailing to pot holing.
