Ireland’s first ever female sumo wrestler, Toraigh Mallon, joins John in the studio, along with her fellow wrestler Matt Wilson, who hopes to get to the Sumo World Championships next year.

It’s Burns Night tomorrow, John heads to the Harris Kilt Company in Sandy Row to speak to shop owner and bagpiper Grahame Harris and Paula whips up a special wee Burns Night treat – Cranachan.

Randal Plunket tells us about rewilding his family’s estate, Dunsany Castle in County Meath.
