Ireland’s first ever female sumo wrestler, Toraigh Mallon, joins John in the studio, along with her fellow wrestler Matt Wilson, who hopes to get to the Sumo World Championships next year. Randal Plunket tells us about rewilding his family’s estate, Dunsany Castle in County Meath. We hear from June O’Sullivan about her new novel Lady Heath, based on the life of Ireland’s first female aviator. John catches up with the alt-folk band, Moxie.
