Hazard is enjoying playing for Chelsea again – Gullit

Former Chelsea manager Ruud Gullit says Eden Hazard is enjoying playing for the club again this season with new signing N’Golo Kante alongside him in midfield.

Hazard failed to score in the Premier League until April last season, but has already scored twice in three matches this season, including the first goal in the 3-0 win over Burnley.

Kante joined Chelsea from champions Leicester in the summer, and Gullit says he’s made a big difference already.

“Hazard enjoys playing and I think that has a lot to do with Kante playing,” the Dutchman said.

“Kante is a very important piece of the puzzle they needed in midfield.

“Willian can do the things he like to do and therefore there’s much more balance in the team," he added.
