Bartoli: Konta too defensive to win Grand Slam

Former Wimbledon champion Marion Bartoli says Johanna Konta's current style of play is too defensive to win a Grand Slam.

The 2013 winner says the Briton "went into her shell" during her semi-final defeat by Venus Williams on Thursday.

"Today, she just went into her shell. Every Grand Slam champion in the last five or six years has been an attacking player, you just can't play defence.”
