Cardiff Shopping For a top night out in Cardiff you'll need to be dressed to impress. Check out where to find the best threads in town and if you know of a treasure trove we've not heard of tell us about it!
Liz Page: "For an outfit for your next night out you have to check out the arcades - High Street and Castle Arcade (entrances next to Burger King and Castle Street), for funky boutiques selling every style from surf wear to club wear. There are juice & smoothie bars for an energy boost and crystal shops to re-balance that karma! Royal Arcade and Morgan's Arcade at the other end of St Mary's street have got a brilliant selection of gift shops (try Nice) and gallery boutiques (Melin Tregant is all Welsh artists). Woodies Emporium has got every designer worth mentioning and some very tasty shop assistants - ladies check your lippy before you go in!"
Ana: The High Street Arcade (situated off St Marys street) is full of groovy shops that ironically provides an alternative to high street style. In 'Nice' you can pick up anything kitsch from a random Jesus action figure to some funky fairy lights. Worth a peek! Wander along the arcade and browse in Road, Drooghi and Buzz for some oh-so-fabulous get up to wear later when you hit the town!"
Liv: "Ok, in short, Mooks for funky Ts, Buzz for sexy shoes, Nice for nic-nacs, Chessman for uber trendy street wear, and of course, no city is complete without House of Fraser for EVERYTHING!"
