Info:

Safeguarding is the action we take to protect people (including ourselves) from harm.

The BBC Safeguarding Team operate a governance, advisory and assurance function across all areas of the business, both in the UK and internationally, to ensure children (U18) and vulnerable adults who contribute to BBC output are protected from harm and abuse.

If you have a concern about a child, adult with care and support needs, or someone who has behaved inappropriately towards a child, please report non-urgent concerns here, or via the 'Report A Concern' button at the top of the page, or contact safeguarding@bbc.co.uk during office hours (Mon-Fri, 0900-1700hrs GMT).

In an emergency, please call 999 (or equivalent country emergency services) and follow operator instructions.
