1970: The secrets of the romantic fiction writer

The Suffolk author of nearly 200 books, written under more than 30 pseudonyms, spoke to Bernard Falk about being Britain's most prolific romantic fiction writer. With no reviews or royalties for his work, Donald Rowland maintained an output of 30 books a year to meet the insatiable demand for romantic novels stocked in libraries.
